1. Role & responsibilities

Key Skills: Handle customer communication, sales activities, and new business development.

Prepare quotations, RFQs, proposals, and sales documents.

Manage customer orders, PO follow-up, and delivery schedules.

Identify and evaluate suppliers for materials and components.

Request and compare supplier quotations and negotiate prices and terms.

Issue purchase orders and follow up on procurement and delivery.

Monitor material availability, inventory, cost, and lead time.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Development, Logistics, and Finance teams.

Manage customer and supplier issues and ensure timely resolution.

Prepare regular sales, procurement, cost, and delivery reports

Mechanical parts procurement

Supplier sourcing & development

Techno-commercial negotiation

Costing & price analysis

Vendor evaluation & management

Strong understanding of BOMs, drawings, and specifications

Coordination with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams

Job Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for mechanical components.

Handle sourcing activities for new projects and existing production requirements.

Conduct techno-commercial negotiations to achieve best cost,



quality, and delivery terms.

Analyze quotations, compare proposals, and finalize purchase decisions.

Ensure timely procurement of materials to support production schedules.

Work closely with Engineering for drawing-based purchasing and technical clarifications.

Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) and drive improvements.

Maintain purchase records, agreements, and procurement reports.

Support cost-reduction initiatives through alternate sourcing and localization.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Sales, Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.

Experience in a manufacturing or automotive/electronics company is preferred.

Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

ERP/SAP experience is an advantage.

English communication skills required; Korean language skills are an advantage
