Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, goods, and services
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to get the best value
- Prepare purchase orders and track them until timely delivery
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores, production, and accounts teams
- Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor databases, and cost reports
- Control purchase costs and find new savings opportunities
- Ensure quality standards and company policies are followed in all purchases

Requirements





- [3–5+] years of experience in purchase / procurement (industry experience preferred)
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or diploma in Supply Chain / Materials Management is a plus
- Robust negotiation and vendor management skills
- Smart, active, and self-motivated with a strong, confident personality
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Ability to make quick decisions and handle pressure
