Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Purchase Executive / Purchase Manager to manage day-to-day procurement activities, vendor development, supplier coordination, price negotiation, and timely availability of materials.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of purchase processes, vendor sourcing, negotiation, purchase orders, material follow-up, and supplier management. The candidate should be proactive, commercially aware, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop current suppliers and vendors.
- Source alternative suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and better quality.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
- Prepare and coordinate Purchase Orders as per approved requirements and rates.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely production and delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, Sales, and other departments for purchase requirements.
- Compare supplier quotations and ensure commercially competitive purchases.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, pricing, and delivery commitments.
- Maintain proper purchase records, supplier details, quotations, and related documentation.




- Resolve supplier-related issues regarding price, quantity, quality, delivery, and billing.
- Continuously explore opportunities for cost reduction and better procurement.
- Ensure purchases are made as per company requirements, specifications, and approved processes.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / B.Com / MBA (Preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement.
- Strong vendor development and supplier negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of local and new supplier sourcing.
- Ability to compare quotations and analyze prices.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchase-related documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and suppliers.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and capable of taking ownership of assigned work.
- Experience in sports goods, manufacturing, trading, or related industries will be an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete purchase cycle, develop new vendors, negotiate effectively, control purchase costs, and ensure timely availability of materials.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
