About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Purchase Manager to oversee procurement activities for our Fire & Safety business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely procurement of materials while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of fire and safety equipment, materials, and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
- Coordinate with project, operations, and stores teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and prevent stock shortages.
- Track market trends, pricing, and product availability.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards.
- Maintain procurement records,



vendor databases, and documentation.
- Resolve supplier-related issues, delivery delays, and quality concerns.
- Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and cost analyses for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of procurement experience, preferably in the Fire & Safety, MEP, Engineering, or Construction industry.
- Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of fire protection systems, safety equipment, and related materials is preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP software, Zoho, MS Excel, and procurement management tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
