Key Responsibilities Purchase Management

Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors. Purchase raw materials, auto parts, and other required items at competitive prices. * Prepare and process purchase orders according to company requirements. *Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. *Maintain proper documentation of purchase records, invoices, and quotations

Store Management

*Manage daily store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials. Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. Conduct regular physical stock verification and audits. Ensure proper storage and safety of materials in the store.

Coordination & Reporting

*Coordinate with production, accounts, and management teams.



*Prepare inventory and purchase reports for management review. *Ensure smooth material flow to avoid production delays.

Requirements

*Graduate *More then 5 years of experience

*purchase and store management (Auto Parts / Manufacturing industry preferred). *Good knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes. knowledge of MS Excel Solid negotiation and communication skills. *Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Preferred Candidate *Experience in Auto Parts / Automobile *Industry will be an advantage. *Strong organizational and stock management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
