Purchase Executive

Location: Head Office, Malad

Experience: 2–5 years in Purchase/Procurement

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; Procurement/Supply Chain qualification is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement requirements for schools and the Head Office.
- Source vendors, obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and process Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate with schools, departments, vendors, stores, and Accounts for timely procurement and deliveries.
- Maintain vendor records, quotations, POs, invoices, comparative statements, and other procurement documentation.
- Monitor stock requirements, deliveries, replacements, and pending POs.
- Ensure purchases are within approved budgets and organisational policies.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships and monitor vendor performance.
- Handle procurement of stationery, school supplies, IT equipment, furniture, housekeeping materials, lab/sports supplies,



event materials, maintenance items, and other institutional requirements.

Required Skills:

- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Positive numerical and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and locations.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
