Department : Purchase. Role & responsibilities

1Prepare the Monthly Planning Sheet for Purchasing dept as per Monthly Sales Plan

2Receipts of Quotes / Proposals & Negotoate with Suppliers & place PO and follow up with the Suppliers for timely receipt of material

3Amending Quotes as and when requested by Sales team.

4Identify the Suppliers for Bought out items & Purchase as per monthly Schedule

5Identify the Suppliers for Hardwares items & Purchase as per monthly Schedule

6Work closely with Sales team during New Order Finalization for providing the necessary Supplier Quotes

7New Supplier development for Outsourced Processes like Painting / Powder Coating / Machining

8100% Compliance ( Plan Vs Actual ) to the outsourced Processes like Painting / Shot Blasting / Powder Coating / Machining

9Measure the Supplier Performance in line with Sales Plan & Production Plan Requirements

10To ensure documentation & System works as per ISO 9001 - 2015

11Compliance to the Production Requirements considering the Quality / Quantity & Timeline.





12Continuous improvements in Supplier Cost / Quality / Timeline to stay competitive in the Market

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications BE/DME

Age25 to 30 Years

Work Experience 1- 3 years.

Knowledge

- Bending, Punching, Plasma, Laser Cutting, Assembly, Machining Processes.
- Fabrication/ welding processes
- Shot Blasting / Painting /Powder coating processes / HDG.
- Engineering BOMs & Scope of Projects.
- Excellent Drawing reading, C of C , Fabrication & Machining for all projects and customers.
- Materials & Basic Metallurgy.
