Experience Required: 2–4 Years (Pharma Industry – Mandatory)

We are looking for a Purchase Executive / Procurement Executive with 2–4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate must have hands-on experience in pharma-related purchasing activities, vendor management, and material procurement in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle procurement of API, excipients, packaging materials, solvents, and consumables as per production requirements
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with approved vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production delays
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Stores departments
- Maintain purchase orders, vendor records, and procurement documentation
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly
- Follow up with suppliers for deliveries and resolve supply-related issues
- Support audits and inspections related to procurement activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of mandatory experience in pharma industry procurement
- Robust knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials and packaging materials
- Experience in vendor negotiation and cost optimization
- Familiarity with GMP and regulatory requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Science / Supply Chain / Commerce or relevant field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
