Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries and prepare quotations.
Source products and negotiate with vendors.
Process orders and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
Follow up on deliveries and ensure timely dispatch.
Maintain vendor and client relationships.
Resolve queries and ensure smooth order processing.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in purchase coordination, quotation handling, or sales support.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/CRM.
Strong follow-up and attention to detail.
- Ability to build positive working relationships and maintain strong team bonding.
