Job Title: Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement of construction materials, spare parts, plant equipment, consumables, and other requirements across our sites and plants. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of vendor management, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase orders, and timely material delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate rates and payment terms with vendors.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Coordinate with stores, accounts, site teams, and HODs for material requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.




- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and documentation.
- Follow up on pending orders and deliveries.
- Develop and maintain good vendor relationships.

Preferred Experience: 2–5 years in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in Construction, RMC, Crusher, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure industry.

Skills: Vendor Management, Negotiation, Purchase Order, Material Procurement, MS Excel, Communication and Coordination.

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
