Position: Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update purchasing records

Prepare cost comparison sheets

Review a minimum of three quotations before releasing Purchase Orders (PO)

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers

Create and issue purchase orders

Obtain necessary approvals for POs and payments

Ensure timely delivery of materials

Coordinate with central store in-charge and site storekeepers

Provide regular reports to the department head





Track indent and PO sheets and share weekly updates

Resolve supplier quality issues

Develop and onboard new vendors

Ensure timely vendor payments in coordination with the accounts team

Maintain strong vendor relationships

Coordinate with the PMS team for technical requirements
