Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction and real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, vendor management, negotiations, purchase planning, and ensuring timely availability of quality materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, tools, and project-related requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare commercial terms, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
- Ensure timely procurement as per project requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Store, Accounts, and other departments for material requirements.
- Maintain vendor database, rate comparisons, purchase records, and documentation.
- Monitor material quality, specifications, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
- Develop long-term vendor relationships and negotiate favorable payment and credit terms.
- Track market rates and identify cost-saving opportunities.




- Resolve issues related to delays, quality, quantity, billing, and vendor performance.
- Ensure procurement is carried out within approved budgets and company policies.
- Prepare MIS/reports related to purchase orders, pending materials, vendor status, and procurement costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any relevant discipline; MBA/PG Diploma in Supply Chain or Procurement will be an advantage.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in construction or real estate.
- Robust knowledge of construction materials, building materials, MEP items, hardware, and project-related procurement.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase/ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and procurement requirements simultaneously.
- Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates from Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, EPC, or Civil Contracting companies with strong vendor networks and hands-on procurement experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
