Manage end-to-end procurement of food, beverages, packaging, and operational materials.

Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, orders, and timely deliveries.

Develop and maintain solid vendor relationships.

Ensure purchases meet required quality, quantity, cost, and delivery standards.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/operations for replenishment.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative vendors.

Maintain purchase orders, vendor records, and procurement documentation.

Track pricing, consumption, and purchase trends.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and processes.

Support audits and prepare regular purchase and MIS reports.
