Right Gold is looking for a Purchase Executive with jewellery purchase experience, good knowledge of ornaments, and hands-on experience with Ornate Software, MS Excel and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily jewellery purchase and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain vendor relationships.
- Source Gold, Diamond & Silver Jewellery/Ornaments.
- Negotiate rates, making charges, wastage and commercial terms.
- Check jewellery weight, purity, quality and specifications.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries and pending items.
- Verify purchase invoices, rates and quantities.
- Coordinate with Store, Sales, Accounts and Management.
- Prepare purchase reports and MIS.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Jewellery Purchase.
- Mandatory: Hands-on knowledge of Ornate Software.
- Good knowledge of Gold & Diamond Jewellery/Ornaments.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic to valuable knowledge of AI tools, especially ChatGPT, for reporting, data analysis, documentation and improving work efficiency.
- Understanding of gold purity, weight, making charges and wastage.
- Strong vendor negotiation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and numerical skills.
Qualification: Graduate / B.Com preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
