Education Educational Qualification: B.E./Diploma/ any Degree

Age 20-35 Years

Computer-Skill-Good Command on MS Office (Word & Excel), Sap

Experience in Years-

- 1-2 Years - Jr. Engineer/ Jr. Executive (Officer)
- 3-5 years - Engineer/Executive (Officer)

Current Residence-Residing within the vicinity of 10 to 15 Km Radius or Ready to Relocate.

Skills Required

Solid experience in Vendor Development, Supplier Management, and Strategic

Sourcing.

Expertise in Purchase Negotiation, Cost Reduction, and Commercial Evaluation.

Knowledge of Fabrication Materials, Sheet Metal Components, Welding

Consumables, and Engineering Spares.

Experience in RFQ, PO preparation, Supplier Evaluation, and Inventory

Management.

Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems, Excel, and Procurement Documentation.

Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management, Lead Time Control, and

Material Planning.

- Source and procure raw materials, fabrication components, welding consumables, machine spares, tools, and indirect materials as per production requirements.
- Identify, develop,



and manage vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, prepare comparative statements, and finalize purchase orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Suppliers to ensure timely material availability and avoid production disruptions.
- Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and supplier performance to optimize procurement costs and inventory carrying costs.
- Handle vendor evaluations, supplier audits, cost reduction projects, and alternate source development activities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate purchase documentation, contracts, and records.
- Track material deliveries, resolve supply issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain.
