Qualification: B.Pharm / D.Pharm / Any Graduate | Pharma background preferred

Internship Duration: 3–6 Months

Full-Time Opportunity: Based on performance, interns may be offered a full-time position after successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in vendor and plant coordination for orders, production, rates, and dispatches.
- Support preparation and maintenance of Purchase Orders (POs) and records.
- Follow up on order confirmations, production status, artwork, and deliveries.
- Update PO, FMS, Product Status, and delivery tracking sheets.
- Coordinate for invoices, Challans, COA, product photographs, and samples.
- Communicate with vendors through Email, WhatsApp, and phone.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/MS Office.
- Solid coordination and documentation skills.




- Willingness to learn and build a career in Purchase & Vendor Coordination.
- Pharma industry knowledge/background will be an added advantage.

Opportunity to learn end-to-end pharma purchase coordination with potential for full-time employment based on performance. Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
