Role Overview The Inventory Manager will for the various hospitality properties (up-to totally 200 rooms/40 properties ) and warehouse ensure items are stored correctly, the correct quantity of items are ordered and delivered on time. The inventory manager will be responsible for the management of team members(upto 4 person) in order to full-fill the role.The inventor manager is required to coordinate vendors,caretakers and housekeepers, operation and project team members to ensure successful operation of new and hospitality properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchase and stores operations across the central warehouse and multiple properties.
- Plan procurement using Par Levels, Reorder Levels, consumption trends, and lead times to ensure uninterrupted stock availability.
- Coordinate with vendors to source materials, negotiate timelines, and ensure timely deliveries across all properties.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through inward, outward, transfer, and stock reconciliation processes.
- Conduct monthly physical stock audits, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.




- Manage the Master SKU Library, ensuring standardized item creation, categorization, and inventory records across all locations.
- Monitor consumption, replacement trends, pilferage, and inventory costs, and drive cost-saving initiatives through data analysis.
- Lead purchase planning and stores setup for current property launches, ensuring complete operational readiness before go-live.
- Train property teams on FIFO, stock handling, inward documentation, and stores SOP compliance.
- Lead and manage the stores team, ensuring recurring tasks, reporting timelines, and operational processes are consistently met.

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Purchase, Stores, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain, preferably in Hospitality, Construction, Retail, or Multi-location Operations.
- Willingness to Relocate to coorg and travel regularly across properties and possess a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a driving license (preferred)
- Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement and stores operations, including purchasing, inventory control, warehouse management, and stock reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of Par Levels, Reorder Levels, inventory forecasting, consumption planning,



and procurement cycles.
- Hands-on experience conducting physical stock audits, variance analysis, and inventory reconciliation across multiple locations.
- Experience maintaining SKU masters, item categorization, and standardized inventory records.
- Ability to analyze consumption reports, replacement trends, pilferage, and purchasing costs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong vendor management skills, including sourcing, purchase coordination, delivery follow-ups, and supplier relationship management.
- Experience supporting new property or project launches through purchase planning, inventory setup, and operational readiness.
- Strong knowledge of FIFO, inward and outward documentation, stock transfers, warehouse controls, and inventory SOPs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis.
- Proven ability to lead a team of up to four members, delegate responsibilities, monitor execution, and ensure timely completion of recurring tasks.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently in a rapid-paced operational environment.
