Position: Production Manager – Recycled Paper Pulp

Industry: Waste Paper / Cardboard Recycling & Paper Pulp Manufacturing

Location: Kerala

Experience: 5–10 years in recycled paper, pulp, paperboard or similar manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete waste-paper/cardboard-to-pulp production process.

Handle raw-material sorting, pulping, screening, cleaning and pulp preparation.

Monitor pulper, screens, cleaners, agitators, pumps and related machinery.

Maintain required pulp consistency, quality and production standards.

Control chemical usage, water consumption and production wastage.

Plan daily/shift production and achieve production targets.

Supervise production operators and shift workers.

Coordinate with maintenance and quality-control teams.

Identify machine/process problems and take corrective action.

Maintain production records, shift reports and material consumption reports.





Ensure workplace safety and environmental compliance.

Continuously improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost.

For recycled paper, the process typically involves sorting → pulping → washing/de-inking where required → screening/cleaning → holding/storage → paper or board production.

Preferred Qualification

B.Tech/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Technology, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Practical experience in waste-paper/recycled-fibre pulp mills is highly preferred.

Experience with DIP (De-Inked Pulp) would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
