Qualification:

- MBA in HR / Hospital Administration equivalent qualification

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital/psychiatric services

- Strong sales and business development skills are mandatory

- Excellent Malayalam proficiency is required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Key Role:

- Develop and maintain qualified relationships with doctors, hospitals, referral sources, and the community

- Promote Mindport Carevilla’s services and generate referrals

- Identify and develop new business opportunities

- Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources

- Represent Mindport Carevilla professionally and support patient admissions and enquiries

- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing referral networks

Preferred Skills:

- Strong sales aptitude and negotiation skills

- Target-oriented and proactive approach

- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

- Knowledge of the local healthcare network will be an advantage
