Role Description The Public Relations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning and executing PR and influencer campaigns, including developing narratives, drafting press materials, and coordinating media outreach.

Manager will manage relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders, ensuring consistent coverage and brand visibility across traditional and digital media.



Day-to-day activities include monitoring media, identifying opportunities, managing crisis communication, organizing press events, and collaborating with internal teams on integrated campaigns. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, preparing reports for clients, and continuously refining strategies to enhance brand reputation and engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience managing brand reputation and stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates should possess Strategic Communications and Press Releases expertise, including campaign planning and high-quality content development.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients, media, and influencers.
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media management, and digital marketing is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a PR agency or similar communication-focused role in the Indian market is an advantage.
