Role Overview

We're seeking a sharp, self driven, and execution focused PR Manager. This is not a traditional "manager" role. You'll be involved in both strategy and execution, leading campaigns from concept to delivery while building and mentoring a high performing team. You'll work directly with C suite clients and play a key role in driving business growth. If you enjoy ownership and want your work to make a visible difference, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Client Leadership

- Develop PR and communication strategies aligned with client business goals
- Act as the primary strategic advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders
- Stay ahead of market trends and anticipate client needs
- Build long term, trust based relationships with clients

Campaign Execution

- Be hands on with campaign delivery alongside your team
- Write, review, and approve press releases, bylines, speeches, Q&As;, holding statements, and social content
- Coordinate press conferences, media briefings, and product launches
- Set clear KPIs, track campaign performance, and share regular reports with clients

Media Relations





- Leverage strong media relationships in the corporate and finance sector (this is critical)
- Craft newsworthy stories that secure high impact coverage
- Lead crisis communication, from strategy to real time media response

Business Development

- Bring new leads, make new business pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Create persuasive PowerPoint decks (strong PPT skills are mandatory)
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and close it

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and coach junior executives
- Hire, train, and build your department as the agency grows
- Set clear goals for the team and ensure quality in every deliverable

What We're Looking For

- 4 to 6 years in PR, corporate communications, or media relations
- Must have already led a team of at least 5-6 people
- Experience handling multiple client accounts at the same time
- Active network of business/finance journalists
- Strong writing, PowerPoint, and crisis communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Preferred: Experience in B2b tech, manufacturing, listed companies, BFSI, fintech
