Role Description The Public Relations Manager will oversee external communications and brand reputation for Iris Cosmetics, working on-site full time in Ahmedabad. This role includes drafting press releases, managing media outreach, and building strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.

The Public Relations

Manager will coordinate PR campaigns, align messaging with brand strategy, and support product launches and events to maximize visibility. Daily responsibilities also involve monitoring coverage, preparing reports, managing crisis communication plans, and ensuring consistent, inclusive brand storytelling across all channels. Collaboration with marketing, social media,



and leadership teams is key to developing integrated communication initiatives that reflect Iris Cosmetics’ values and vision.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred.
- Candidates should possess skills in Press Releases and Strategic Communications, including the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to represent the brand confidently in external interactions.
- Experience planning and executing PR campaigns, events, and product launches, including coordination with marketing and social media teams.
- Ability to analyze media coverage, track PR performance metrics, and adapt strategies based on insights and trends.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory communication and an interest in beauty, cosmetics, and brand storytelling.
- 0-2 years of experience
