Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Public Relations Intern at Digistall – Your Gateway to E-Commerce. The intern will support the development and execution of PR activities that highlight Digistall’s mission and impact in rural India.

Day-to-day tasks include drafting press releases, assisting in media outreach, preparing communication materials, and helping manage relationships with journalists and digital media platforms. The intern will monitor media coverage, contribute to strategic communication plans, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.



The role offers exposure to social-impact communications and hands-on experience in public relations within a technology and e-commerce context.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Public Relations and Media Relations for managing outreach and building strong external partnerships.
- Candidates should possess skills in Press Releases and Strategic Communications for crafting clear, consistent, and engaging messages.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including writing and verbal communication, for interacting with stakeholders and preparing content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Interest in rural development, technology, and e-commerce, with a commitment to inclusive and ethical communication practices.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and the ability to work independently in a virtual workplace.
