Role Description: The Public Relations Associate role at Channel PR is a full-time position based in Thane. Mumbai.

What you’ll do:

- Develop and execute PR and communications initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry stakeholders
- Draft press releases, media pitches, talking points, and other communications content
- Identify relevant media opportunities and industry trends
- Coordinate interviews, media interactions, events, and PR campaigns
- Track media coverage and prepare reports on PR activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

What we’re looking for:

- 1–3 years of experience in PR, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills




- Strong storytelling and media relations abilities
- Positive understanding of the media landscape and PR practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive, creative, and detail-orientated approach

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong public relations and media relations skills, including experience working with journalists and outlets.

- Candidates should possess solid organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field are preferred.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools, basic PR analytics, and social media platforms is beneficial.
- Demonstrated professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to work on-site in South Delhi on a regular schedule are required.
