Key Responsibilities

​Curriculum Delivery & Classroom Instruction

​Plan and execute engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with CBSE guidelines and National Education Policy (NEP 2020) principles.

​Use experiential, activity-based, and inquiry-driven pedagogical techniques to teach core primary subjects (English, Hindi, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies/Science).

​Leverage digital tools and Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs) to create interactive, visually engaging learning experiences.

​Facilitate differentiated learning to accommodate diverse learning speeds, styles, and special educational needs.

​Assessment & Student Progress Tracking

​Conduct continuous and comprehensive evaluations through formative and summative assessments, diagnostic worksheets, and classroom activities.

​Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, behavioral observations, and developmental milestones.

​Identify learning gaps early and conduct remedial sessions to ensure every student meets grade-level competencies.

​Classroom Environment & Student Care

​Establish a safe, inclusive, well-disciplined, and positive classroom culture based on mutual respect.

​Nurture foundational social-emotional skills, positive habits, hygiene, and ethical values among students.

​Ensure student safety across classroom spaces, corridors, playgrounds, and school transport transition zones.

​Parent Communication & Collaboration

​Maintain transparent, constructive, and regular communication with parents regarding student progress and behavior.

​Participate actively in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and address parent queries professionally.





​Co-Curricular & Institutional Engagement

​Organize and lead primary-wing assemblies, cultural events, sports meets, annual days, and science/tinkering exhibitions.

​Attend departmental meetings, continuous career development (CPD) workshops, and administrative briefings.

​Undertake school duties (substitution, examination invigilation, dispersal management) as assigned by the administration.

​Required Qualifications & Experience

​Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com / B.El.Ed) from a recognized university.

​Professional Certification: B.Ed, D.El.Ed, or J.B.T. from an NCTE-recognized institution.

​Eligibility Tests: CTET (Paper 1) or HTET (Level 1) qualified is strongly preferred.

​Experience: 1 to 3+ years of teaching experience in a recognized English-medium primary school (motivated freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

​Key Competencies & Skills

​Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

​Deep understanding of child psychology, early childhood development, and classroom management techniques.

​Proficiency with standard digital tools (Google Workspace, MS Office) and smart classroom hardware.

​High patience, empathy, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
