Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Psychiatrist at MCH International LLC. The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment planning for individuals with a range of mental health conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting telehealth consultations, prescribing and managing psychotropic medications when appropriate, and monitoring treatment effectiveness and safety.

The role involves collaboration with other healthcare and mental health professionals, maintaining accurate and compliant clinical documentation, and offering psychoeducation to patients and families.



The Psychiatrist will also participate in periodic case reviews, follow evidence-based guidelines, and contribute to continuous quality improvement in patient care.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine and Psychiatry, with the ability to integrate medical and psychiatric knowledge in clinical decision-making.
- Demonstrated skills in Psychiatric Care and Mental Health treatment, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of diverse psychiatric conditions.
- Experience or training in Adolescent Psychiatry, with competence in addressing developmental, family, and social factors affecting youth mental health.
- Active, unrestricted medical license and board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry.
- Experience with telehealth platforms and comfort delivering care in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with a commitment to ethical, culturally sensitive, and person-centered care.
- Ability to work independently, manage a part time caseload, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- DEA registration (or eligibility) and familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices in prescribing.
