JOB Title: Proposal & Tender Engineer/ Sr. Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Engineer–Proposal & Tenders to manage end-to-end tendering and budgeting activities. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and submitting techno-commercial offers while ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review technical specifications, drawings, SLD, IO List, PLC architecture, BOQs for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with all technical and commercial documentation requirements
- Discussion with clients to have clarity on scope of work/ requirement
- Preparation of techno-commercial offer, its submission and approval
- Coordinate with internal department for technical inputs, approvals, and documentation




- Follow up for necessary authorizations, supporting documents and offer submitted to clients
- To report the reporting manager on daily basis with status of the offers

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in tendering and budget estimation for Electrical, Automation, PLC-SCADA system.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PDF tools)
- Understanding of commercial terms like taxes (GST), freight, insurance, bank guarantees (EMD/BG), and contractual terms
- Understanding of technical drawings, SLD, Load list, Input-output List, P&ID; and to go through the tender specifications
- Valuable communication skills, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
