We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Proposal Expert to develop accurate, technically sound, and commercially viable proposals. The role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals and costing, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely submission of first-time-right proposals.

Key Responsibilities o Understand customer requirements through client visits and discussions.

o Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and costing.

o Coordinate with suppliers and gather technical and commercial inputs.

o Build and maintain a reliable supplier database.

o Ensure accurate and first-time-right proposals within 48 hours.

o Analyze customer requirements and translate them into suitable technical solutions.

o Coordinate with internal teams and multiple stakeholders to meet proposal deadlines.

o Drive accuracy, speed, process improvement, and proposal quality.





Required Qualifications & Experience o 3–5 years of experience in proposal engineering, costing, or technical sales support.

o Strong Excel skills and zero-based costing knowledge.

o Good understanding of technical documentation and commercial calculations.

o Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach.

o Excellent listening, communication, and coordination skills.

o Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

o Mechanical Engineering background preferred.

Key Performance Indicators o 80%+ proposal accuracy target o 90% on-time proposal submission within 2 days
