The candidate should have relevant experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals for dosing systems, understanding customer requirements, selecting suitable equipment, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with the sales, engineering, and other internal teams.

Key requirements:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Chemical engineering discipline.
- 2-3 years experience in Proposal Engineer for Chemical Injection Packages, Inhibitor Packages and Dosing Packages.
- Experience in dosing systems, pumps, water/wastewater treatment, Oil and Gas industry or process equipment will be preferred.
- Good understanding of technical specifications, P&ID;,GAD, datasheets, and equipment selection.
- Knowledge of API, ASME, IEC, ATEX, and other relevant industry standard.
- Good Knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I;).
- Ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in preparing cost estimates and supporting the sales team with technical inputs.

Roles and Responsibility: · Prepare technical and techno-commercial proposals, calculations, datasheets, quotations, and engineering documents.





· Review customer inquiries, specifications, RFQs, and tender requirements to determine technical and commercial needs.

· Prepare equipment selection, BOMs, costing sheets, and technical compliance statements.

· Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Purchase, Production, and Sales teams to obtain required proposal inputs.

· Assist in cost estimation, commercial evaluation, and technical bid preparation.

· Provide technical clarifications during bid evaluations, customer discussions, and clarification meetings.

· Ensure timely submission of proposals and tender documents as per customer requirements.

· Maintain proposal records, bid registers, engineering documents, and customer correspondence.

· Monitor proposal status and follow up with customers as required.

· Ensure compliance with customer requirements, applicable standards, and company procedures.

· Support standardization and continuous improvement of proposal and engineering processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
