Corporate Property and Transaction Manager

India • Fully Remote • Full-Time

Lead remote oversight of a multi-site corporate real estate portfolio, ensuring property issues and lease transactions move forward with transparent ownership, evidence, and timely communication. No office attendance, site visits, or travel required.

Responsibilities

- Manage property operations and lease obligations across a multi-site portfolio of industrial, logistics, flex-workspace, and commercial locations.
- Create visibility through structured updates, documented evidence, dashboards, and executive reporting on status, cost, risk, and next actions.
- Coordinate local teams, vendors, landlords, brokers, and internal stakeholders; set priorities, deadlines, and closure expectations.
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, compliance, budgets, operating expenses, vendor performance, and critical property dates.
- Drive proposals, LOIs, leases, renewals, amendments, and related transactions from negotiation through execution and operational handoff.

Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial property management or corporate real estate experience, including lease transaction coordination.
- Experience managing multiple locations through local staff, vendors, landlords, or third-party providers.
- Working knowledge of leases, CAM and operating expenses, budgets, repairs, compliance, and vendor management.




- Ability to negotiate commercial terms, prepare redlines, and coordinate reviews with leadership and legal counsel.
- Excellent written communication, organization, commercial judgment, and persistent follow-through in a remote environment.

Preferred Requirements
- Experience with industrial, logistics, warehouse, flex, coworking, or other multi-site occupier portfolios.
- Experience supporting tenant-side portfolios with selected landlord-side responsibilities.
- Proficiency with Word tracked changes, document comparison, property-management systems, and shared dashboards.
- Experience with capital planning, security-deposit recovery, preventive maintenance, or life-safety coordination.
- RPA, CPM, FMP, CFM, or a comparable professional designation.

- Remote verification: obtains and assesses photos, video walkthroughs, checklists, logs, and invoices.
- Stakeholder coordination: builds accountability across geographically distributed teams and partners.
- Transaction management: keeps documents, approvals, signatures, deadlines, and open terms on track.
- Risk awareness: escalates safety, compliance, business-continuity, cost, and landlord issues early with recommendations.
- Executive communication: turns complex portfolio information into concise, decision-ready updates.
