Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager (Entry Level) role based in Bengaluru South.

The Property

Manager will support daily operations across assigned properties, including coordinating check-ins and check-outs, ensuring properties are guest-ready, and responding to guest queries and issues promptly. The role involves working closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams, conducting regular property inspections, and reporting any operational or quality concerns.

Manager will assist with inventory tracking, basic documentation, and updating property details in internal systems to support accurate listings and smooth operations. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset to help deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, owners, and vendor partners.
- Basic operations and coordination skills, including scheduling, follow-up, and on-ground supervision of housekeeping and maintenance activities.
- Comfort with using mobile apps and digital tools for reporting, documentation, and updating property-related information.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify issues quickly and support timely resolutions.
- Ability to work on-site across multiple properties in Bengaluru South, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Relevant education in hospitality, business, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; prior internship or exposure to hospitality or property management is an advantage.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow in a quick-paced, tech-enabled hospitality environment.
