Role Description The Property Manager (Entry Level) will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations across JadeCaps units in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring properties are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready, and addressing guest queries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

The Property

Manager will work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and local vendors to schedule services, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.



The role also involves updating property status, basic inventory tracking, supporting pricing and occupancy initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and committed to delivering a positive and seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with the ability to handle guest interactions professionally and empathetically.
- Organizational and coordination skills for managing multiple properties, vendors, and service schedules.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and apps for property management, communication, and reporting.
- Attention to detail in property inspection, cleanliness checks, inventory monitoring, and issue documentation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; familiarity with local languages in Bengaluru is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site across different locations in the Greater Bengaluru Area and manage time efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative in resolving operational challenges.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in hospitality, real estate, or operations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Educational background in hospitality, business, management, or a related field is preferred.
