About the Role

We are looking for a Property & OTA Operations Executive to manage the backend operations of our properties across online travel and booking platforms such as Goibibo, Agoda, Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, and other OTA channels.

The role is primarily focused on the behind-the-scenes management of property listings, rates, availability, inventory, bookings, and OTA backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain property listings across OTA platforms such as Goibibo, Agoda, Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia.
- Create, update, modify, activate, and deactivate property and room listings.
- Update property descriptions, photographs, amenities, room details, policies, timings, and other listing information.
- Manage property/room rates, seasonal pricing, discounts, promotions, and availability.
- Open and close inventory based on property availability and business requirements.
- Update check-in/check-out timings, cancellation policies, minimum-stay requirements, and booking restrictions.
- Manage bookings, cancellations, modifications, and inventory from the backend.
- Work with PMS, Channel Manager, or property booking management software.
- Ensure accurate synchronization of rates, availability, and bookings across multiple platforms.
- Make timely changes to rates and inventory based on occupancy, demand, seasonality, and business requirements.
- Monitor OTA listings for errors, incorrect information, availability issues, and rate discrepancies.
- Coordinate remotely with property and operations teams regarding bookings, availability, and operational changes.
- Maintain accurate and updated property information across all booking channels.
- Prepare basic reports related to bookings, occupancy, rates, cancellations,



and property performance.

Required Experience

- - 1–3+ years of experience in OTA operations, hotel operations, hospitality, vacation rentals, or property management.

- - Hands-on experience managing Goibibo and Agoda is highly preferred.

- - Experience with Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, or similar platforms is an advantage.

- - Strong practical knowledge of OTA extranets and backend systems.

- - Experience managing rates, inventory, availability, bookings, promotions, and listing content.

- - Experience with PMS, Channel Manager, or property management software.

- - Good understanding of room/property rate structures and inventory management.

- - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.

- - Good communication and coordination skills.

- - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

- - Positive working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone with hands-on OTA backend experience, not just customer-facing hotel or sales experience.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete backend process — listing, unlisting, changing property details, updating rates, managing inventory, controlling availability, updating timings, processing bookings, and maintaining properties across OTA platforms.
