Role Description The Property Investment Advisor will work full time, on-site at our Noida office, guiding clients through residential and commercial property investment decisions.

Responsibilities include understanding client financial goals, assessing suitable projects, and presenting tailored investment options with clear risk–return profiles. The advisor will conduct market research, analyze property values and trends, and prepare investment proposals, presentations, and reports. Day-to-day tasks involve client meetings, property site visits, coordinating with developers and internal teams,



and ensuring smooth end-to-end transaction support.

The role also requires maintaining accurate client records, following regulatory guidelines, and delivering a high level of customer service to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Finance to understand client budgets, risk appetite, and long-term investment objectives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Investments and Investment Strategies to evaluate property options and create informed, goal-oriented investment plans.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage client expectations, and provide ongoing support throughout the investment process.
- Relevant experience in real estate advisory, wealth management, or financial services is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in basic office and CRM tools, are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous; comparable practical experience will also be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple client engagements, and adhere to regulatory and ethical standards is required.
