THE ROLE

We are looking for hungry, ambitious and target-driven Property Consultants who want to build a serious career in real estate and earn high incentives through performance.

Freshers are welcome. You don’t need years of experience — you need the right attitude, communication skills and the hunger to learn, sell and earn.

This is not a desk-only calling role. You will be involved in the complete sales cycle — from the first call to the final closure.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

? Calling & Lead Generation

Handle incoming and assigned leads.

Make calls, follow-ups and generate new business.

Understand client requirements, budgets and investment objectives.

? Client Management

Build solid relationships with clients.

Maintain consistent follow-ups.

Convert prospects into serious buyers and investors.

?️ Developer & Market Networkin g

Build relationships with leading Hyderabad developers

. Stay updated on new launches, pricing, inventory and offers

. Develop your own network within the real estate market

? Site Visit s

Accompany clients to project locations

. Present projects confidently and professionally

. Understand projects and communicate their key USPs

.

? Closing s

Negotiate and handle clients through the final stages

. Coordinate with developers and internal teams

. Take ownership of deals from lead → site visit → negotiation → booking → closure

.
