THE ROLE

We are looking for hungry, ambitious and target-driven Property Consultants who want to build a serious career in real estate and earn high incentives through performance.

Freshers are welcome. You don’t need years of experience — you need the right attitude, communication skills and the hunger to learn, sell and earn.

This is not a desk-only calling role. You will be involved in the complete sales cycle — from the first call to the final closure.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

? Calling & Lead Generation

- Handle incoming and assigned leads.
- Make calls, follow-ups and generate new business.
- Understand client requirements, budgets and investment objectives.

? Client Management
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Convert prospects into serious buyers and investors.

?️ Developer & Market Networkin g
- Build relationships with leading Hyderabad developers

.* Stay updated on new launches, pricing, inventory and offers

.* Develop your own network within the real estate market

.

? Site Visit s

- Accompany clients to project locations

.* Present projects confidently and professionally

.* Understand projects and communicate their key USPs

.

? Closing s

- Negotiate and handle clients through the final stages

.* Coordinate with developers and internal teams

.* Take ownership of deals from lead → site visit → negotiation → booking → closure

.
