Job Overview

We are looking for a Property Acquisition Manager to identify new properties and develop relationships with property owners and clients.

The role involves understanding property requirements, finding suitable properties, communicating with owners, arranging property visits, and coordinating the property onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify residential and commercial properties available for sale, rent, or lease.
- Understand property requirements from clients and identify suitable options.
- Contact property owners and collect basic property information.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with property owners.
- Discuss property details, availability, pricing, and other requirements with owners.
- Coordinate property visits with owners, clients, and the internal team.
- Visit properties when required to understand the location and property details.
- Collect photographs, specifications, pricing, and other relevant information.




- Coordinate the property onboarding and listing process.
- Ensure property information is complete and updated before listing.
- Follow up with property owners regarding availability and updates.
- Coordinate with the internal team for property promotion and client requirements.
- Maintain records of newly acquired and onboarded properties.
- Support the team in expanding the company's property network.

Requirements
- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of experience in real estate, business development, client coordination, relationship management, or a similar field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with property owners and clients.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand property requirements and identify suitable options.
- Basic knowledge of Bengaluru locations is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for property visits and meetings.
