Property Accounting Senior Associate- 3+ Years -Mohali

Hiring an experienced Property Accountant / GL Accountant with strong hands-on expertise in accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing activities. The role involves working with property managers, auditors, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

1. Compile and analyze financial information for preparation of financial statements and accounting reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2. Prepare journal entries for the General Ledger, including reviewing calculations, supporting documentation, and account reconciliations.
3. Handle Accruals, Prepayments, Trade Payables, Debtors, and Revenue reconciliations along with adjustment journals during financial pack finalization.
4. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, resolve audit queries, and provide supporting documentation.
5. Work closely with in office and property managers for financial pack reviews, journal adjustments, and timely reporting.
6. Perform bank reconciliations, wire transfers, mortgage payments, and distributions while ensuring accuracy.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience as a Staff Accountant / GL Accountant,



preferably with a global organization.
2. Strong knowledge of General Ledger, R2R, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
3. Hands-on experience with P&L;, Balance Sheet, Accruals, Prepayments, AP, AR, Revenue, and Bank Reconciliations.
4. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
5. Bachelor's degree in B.Com / B.Com (H) or equivalent accounting qualification.
