The Project Supervisor is responsible for leading industrial welding and field service projects from planning through completion, ensuring safe, high-quality, and profitable execution. This role serves as the primary on-site liaison with clients and manages field teams, project schedules, resources, safety compliance, and project deliverables.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management

- Oversee all phases of project execution, including planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and critical milestones.
- Lead field crews of 5 to 80 personnel and support workforce planning.
- Coordinate equipment, materials, consumables, travel, and accommodations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Client & Commercial Management

- Serve as the primary client contact during project execution.
- Provide project updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage project scope changes and support commercial variation requests.
- Identify and develop additional business opportunities while on-site.
- Support billing activities, including review and approval of Time & Material documentation.

Operations, Safety & Quality

- Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and client requirements.
- Monitor field activities, workforce performance, and quality standards.
- Coordinate final inspections and project acceptance.




- Engage subcontractors and suppliers to support local sourcing initiatives.
- Ensure local workforce training and readiness.
- Promote a strong safety culture and address unsafe conditions immediately.

Qualifications

- Experience in refining, petrochemical, power generation, offshore, or other heavy industrial environments preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Fluent in the local language and English (written and spoken).

Working Conditions

- Work is performed at industrial facilities, including refineries, power plants, offshore sites, and manufacturing environments.
- Extensive travel required (approximately 4-7 months per year), including domestic and international assignments.
- Typical project durations range from 2-6 weeks.
- Ability to work extended shifts, including 12-hour schedules, in demanding field environments.

Project Site Supervisor role based in our Vadodara office, Gujarat, India. Please note that the role will also require travel and deployment across various project sites on a PAN India basis depending on business requirements. Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
