Role Overview

We're looking for a Safety Supervisor who can enforce site safety standards with discipline and consistency across active construction sites, including sensitive diplomatic project locations. This role requires someone who can identify hazards proactively, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and coordinate closely with site engineers and workers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily site safety inspections and toolbox talks
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective/preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with PPE usage, fire safety, and fall protection protocols
- Maintain safety documentation, incident reports, and compliance registers
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers on safety planning
- Conduct safety inductions and training for new workers and subcontractors
- Monitor adherence to safety norms during high-risk activities (working at height, electrical, excavation, etc.)
- Liaise with client-side safety officers, including on diplomatic/embassy sites, ensuring adherence to their protocols

Required Skills & Experience




- Diploma/certification in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, or related field (NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Safety Supervisor on construction sites
- Working knowledge of safety compliance standards and site safety audits
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Word for reporting
- Strong command of spoken and written English (required for coordination with foreign/diplomatic stakeholders)
- Ability to enforce safety discipline firmly while maintaining good site relations

Good to Have (Add-on Skills)
- Prior experience on embassy or diplomatic mission projects
- First-aid and emergency response certification
- Experience with high-end residential or institutional project sites
