Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day site activities for our stretch ceiling and lighting projects.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with site teams, contractors, technicians, vendors, and clients to ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities related to stretch ceiling, customized lighting, and related interior works.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, vendors, architects, designers, and client representatives at site.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, measurements, specifications, and site requirements.
- Read and understand basic AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and technical details.
- Check site measurements, levels, dimensions, alignment, and installation details.
- Coordinate manpower and ensure technicians are deployed effectively.
- Monitor material delivery, quantity, storage, and availability at site.
- Ensure proper installation of stretch ceiling profiles, fabric, lighting, LED systems, and related components.
- Coordinate with other agencies at site to avoid clashes and delays.




- Monitor workmanship and ensure proper finishing and quality.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager / Design Team for timely resolution.
- Maintain daily site progress updates, material requirements, pending work, and site reports.
- Coordinate inspections, snag rectification, and final handover activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and discipline at site.
- Travel to project sites within Mumbai and other locations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–7 years of experience in site supervision, interior execution, ceiling, lighting, or construction projects.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field will be preferred.
- Good understanding of site execution and construction processes.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and technical details.
- Good knowledge of measurements, materials, and installation procedures.
- Strong manpower, contractor, and vendor coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Word for site reporting.
- Should be comfortable working independently at project sites.
- Willingness to travel to project locations as required.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in stretch ceiling, false ceiling, lighting, interior fit-outs, or related installation works will be preferred.
- Should be hands-on and capable of managing site activities independently.
- Should have positive coordination and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
