1. Project Planning

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

- Identify and assess project risks specific to jewelry manufacturing/retail processes, and develop mitigation strategies.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with jewelry industry workflows.

1. Project Execution

- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress across implementation stages.

- Ensure that project work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

1. Project Monitoring and Control

- Track project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Monitor project budget, schedule, and scope, and report on project performance.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans.

1. Stakeholder Management

- Communicate project status, issues, and changes to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and sponsors.





- Manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure that their needs are met.

1. Quality Assurance

- Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.

- Develop and implement quality assurance processes, and monitor project quality.

Requirements

- Mandatory: Proven hands-on expertise in jewelry ERP software OR substantial direct experience working in the jewelry industry.

- Any degree (B.Tech, BSc, BA, etc.).

- 3+ years of experience in project management.

- Proven track record of managing projects efficiently.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing project requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
