We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for the timely completion of our hotel project, currently under MEP and interior execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with Architect, MEP consultants, Interior Designer, Contractors & Vendors.
- Drive day-to-day site execution and ensure work progresses as per the approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and monitor project timelines, milestones and daily/weekly targets.
- Identify site issues, coordinate resolutions and ensure decisions are implemented without delays.
- Monitor quality, workmanship, material deliveries and contractor performance.
- Ensure proper coordination between Civil, MEP, Interiors, Furniture, Fixtures & Finishing works.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide explicit progress updates to the owner/management.
- Take complete ownership of achieving the project completion deadline.
