Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Bengaluru (HSR Layout) for professionals with residential interior design industry experience only.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of residential interior projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with designers, vendors, and site teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, ensuring quality standards, conducting site inspections, and resolving issues to keep projects on time and within budget. The role also involves managing client communication, handling change requests, and maintaining transparent updates throughout the project lifecycle.



Immediate joiners are preferred to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating residential interior design projects.
- Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and installation of materials and finishes.
- Proficiency in logistics management to handle vendor coordination, inventory, and site-level material flow.
- Ability to conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to design specifications and workmanship standards.
- 2 to 6 years of proven experience managing residential interior design projects; only candidates with residential interior experience will be considered.
- Solid client-facing communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru (HSR) and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with interior design execution processes, basic understanding of design drawings, and site measurements.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and compliance at project sites.
