Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage project operations from mobilization to closeout, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Oversee site management, rope access, scaffolding, and service delivery management.

- Develop and implement effective operational plans, including logistics, procurement, and labor management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of experience in business operations or related field (wind energy preferred).

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization.

- Solid leadership skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

- Excellent people management skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
