Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Project Manager to oversee and manage construction activities for high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in civil construction, structural works, billing, site coordination, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and monitor overall project execution from start to completion.
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Manage and coordinate site engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project team members.
- Ensure proper execution of civil and structural works with required quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Review drawings and coordinate with consultants and site teams to resolve technical issues.
- Check and monitor contractor bills, measurements, quantities, and work completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.




- Prepare and review project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure timely completion of project activities within the approved schedule and budget.
- Maintain proper project documentation and records.

Requirements

- 12+ years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
- Proven experience in high-rise residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction works.
- Good knowledge of billing, quantity measurement, and estimation.
- Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and specifications.
- Good leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with relevant Civil Engineering qualifications will be preferred.
