Guide and manage Hardware development projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
Develop and implement Hardware development strategies and best practices
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Ensure compliance with Hardware development standards and guidelines
Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans
Leads the cross functional program teams to successfully achieve the program &
business goals.
Uses the NPI process to achieve customer deliverables, schedule, cost and related program milestones/ objectives.
Understand NPI process in-detail,
and drive all NPI programs as per NPI Process
On schedule delivery of Current Product meeting NPI phase gates as per specification and On budget. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in software/ Hardware development or related roles
Minimum 4 years of NPI project/Program Management experience and preferably experienced in leading globally distributed cross discipline enterprise software / Hardware teams
Strong knowledge of Hardware development methodologies and best practices
