Position Details: Project Manager

What You Will Do

- Project Coordination: Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

- Agile Delivery: Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- End-to-End Execution: Drive projects from requirement gathering through execution and deployment.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business, engineering, and product teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Risk & Dependency Tracking: Identify and track risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies with timely escalation.

- Data & GenAI Initiatives: Support Data Engineering and GenAI projects involving data pipelines, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.

- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project reports, status updates, meeting notes, and governance documentation.

- Process Management: Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, sprint tracking, backlog management, and delivery standards.

- Continuous Improvement: Support process improvements and contribute to better project execution practices.

What You Will Bring

- Experience: 3 to 4 years of project management experience in technology, data engineering, analytics, or AI-driven environments.

- Agile Knowledge:



Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with understanding of SDLC processes.

- Data Understanding: Basic understanding of data pipelines, SQL fundamentals, and data platforms.

- GenAI Exposure: Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, automation, or AI-enabled solutions is preferred.

- Tools Expertise: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.

- Coordination Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications effectively.

- Communication: Solid verbal and written communication and reporting skills.

- Work Style: Organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working in fast-paced environments.

- Exposure to Data Engineering or GenAI transformation projects.

- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and project dependencies effectively.

- Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMI, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.

- Minimum Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or any Engineering discipline (MBA/PGPM is a plus).
