We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the planning and execution of experiential design projects, including museum design, exhibition design, event design, experience centres, retail environments, and spatial design. The ideal candidate will assist senior project managers in coordinating teams, managing project schedules, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project execution from concept development to final installation and handover.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather client requirements, define project scope, prepare project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, exhibition designers, museum designers, spatial designers, graphic designers, 3D visualizers, production teams, fabricators, and site execution teams.
- Oversee the planning and execution of museum projects, exhibitions, experiential spaces, event environments, corporate experience centres, retail environments, and interior spatial projects.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Conduct regular client meetings, project reviews, and site inspections to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Manage vendor coordination, procurement, fabrication schedules, logistics,



and installation activities.
- Identify project risks, resolve execution challenges proactively, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, contractual requirements, and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, change requests, and progress updates.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, government agencies, and external stakeholders whenever required.
- Support proposal preparation, project estimation, budgeting, and project presentations during pre-sales discussions.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through seamless execution, transparent communication, and high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
