About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 4 to 6 years of proven expertise in managing complex software projects. This role involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery from initiation through planning, execution, user acceptance testing, go-live, and post-launch support. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project scopes, schedules, resources, and risks, and maintaining high standards of communication and documentation.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, confident in decision-making, and capable of working independently while supporting junior project managers and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the custom software development or IT services sectors. They should have a strong background in managing multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills. A solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall,



along with experience working with cross-disciplinary teams including developers, business analysts, QA specialists, and account managers, is essential.

Candidates must be comfortable working with remote and distributed teams, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) are highly desirable. A proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environments are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Plan and manage multiple concurrent custom software projects from inception through to go-live and post-launch support, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.
- Oversee ongoing support projects alongside new project delivery, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
- Create, maintain, and update detailed project schedules, priorities, resource allocations, and delivery plans to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Coordinate efforts among developers, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project tasks are progressing according to plan.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and optimize resource utilization to maintain project momentum.
- Make informed, timely decisions to address project challenges and keep deliverables on track, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with remote, distributed teams, fostering a results-driven and sustainable work environment.
- Manage project tickets,



including prioritization, assignment, status updates, and billing processes, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production releases, and post-go-live activities to ensure smooth transitions and operational stability.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate progress to stakeholders regularly.
- Support and mentor Junior and Associate Project Managers, sharing best practices and guiding their career development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, templates, and workflows, integrating AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency.
